The goal of purchasing team is to improve communications with our supply base, generate production efficiencies and enhance product quality.

Jalien team of Quality Control audit and approve our suppliers under TUV TS16949 standard to ensure right parts from quality production. Most of our parts are from the same productions as global premium brand, such as Febi, Delphi, TRW,ZF,Valeo,Bendix and Hengst etc.

Jalien productions carry out multiple test procedures throughout the entire production cycle. Prior to the shipment of customer orders, random tests or 100 % checks ensure that only parts of the highest quality to be delivered to customers

For any new development, the engineers provide professional support for production processes from the making of the production tools to delivery of the final parts. Only by initial sample been tested and approved to meet the required quality standard, then the batch of production starts.
